Finally!
There are still much work to do, but at least we have a good start. I will focus on make it scan completely, since it lacks the new stuffs from 9.0 ~ 11.0. Lots of gaps to catch up!

After this release, I guess CensusPlus C. would be in maintenance mode. I guess most works are all done (except ... localizations, which I don't know if there is anyone who really needs this ...)
